Installation was a two-person job. Performance-wise it works amazingly it keeps our very hot desert home cool as a cucumber. Appearance-wise very sleek. No leakage. It's a great size for a larger living room area! There's a remote or you can also control the unit from an app on your phone from anywhere.

I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. I purchased this system last winter to help heat the family room that is always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This system performed better than expected. It was an easy DIY installation. This summer I believe it has cut my electric bill by 1/3rd. It keeps the whole downstair cool and comfortable. I would and will buy another one.

Great Mini Split, would buy again so we did. I finished installing the second system and it works as well if not better than the first. I only needed our son's help to vacuum out the lines. We now have 2 cooling and heating our 32 ft 5th wheel trailer that is permanently set up in central Wisconsin, they work great!

So far this unit is cooling my 600 sq ft house wonderfully. It has made my summer so much better before it has even started. It is so quiet and easy to control. It has been a total game-changer. I'm so glad I went this route instead of using my creepy hot air ducts for central AC.
