Commission Rules
Instant Upgrade
If an affiliate reaches a higher GMV tier in a given month, the commission rate automatically upgrades on the 1st of the following month.
Two-Month Buffer Down
If monthly GMV falls below the current tier requirement, the commission will only drop one tier in the following month, even if performance falls multiple tiers.
If the affiliate remains below the required GMV for two consecutive months, the commission will adjust to the actual tier based on GMV.
Partner Type Classification
Standard
All affiliates are placed in this category by default, including coupon sites, deal platforms, cashback sites, and general affiliate traffic.
Premium Content
Content partners such as review sites, blogs, and media publishers may qualify for higher commission rates. The Della team reviews partners and manually upgrades eligible accounts.

Using our brand name in combination with generic keywords in search advertising on any platform, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other similar networks
Any violation of this policy may result in the withholding of related commissions.
