Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Della Experience Share Reward Program (“Program”). By submitting any content or materials through the Program form, you (“Participant,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this Program:
1. “Della” means Della, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
2. “Program” means the Della Community Posting Reward Program through which Participants may receive points for qualifying content submissions.
3. “Content” means any post, text, image, video, screenshot, or other material created and submitted by you.
4. “Submission” means all information you provide via the form, including your name, email, post link(s), screenshot(s), and comments.
5. “Points” or “Rewards” mean non-cash loyalty points granted by Della.
6. “Platforms” include Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, HVAC/DIY forums, and similar public communities.
7. “Verification Team” means Della personnel who review and approve Submissions.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old (or age of majority).
2. Have a valid Della customer account.
3. Submit Content that is publicly visible and original.
4. Have full rights to the Content.
5. Feature or mention Della HVAC products accurately and authentically.
6. Not act on behalf of another brand, paid agency, or AI-generated spam network.
Della may request proof of eligibility at any time.
3. Program Requirements
3.1 Content Requirements
Your Content must:
· Be truthful, original, and based on your actual use or ownership of Della HVAC products.
· Clearly mention or show Della products.
· Be posted in relevant public communities (HVAC, DIY, home improvement, etc.).
· Not contain false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful content.
3.2 Submission Requirements
Your Submission must include:
· Full legal name
· Valid email address
· Platform selection
· Direct link(s) to the public post
· Up to two screenshots showing:
o Your username
o Post title
o Date/time (if visible)
o Full post content
· Optional comments if needed for verification
3.3 Non-Eligible Submissions
The following do not qualify:
· Posts in private groups, paywalled groups, or restricted visibility
· Posts deleted or edited after submission
· Posts violating platform rules
· Posts containing other brand sponsorships
· Plagiarized, copied, heavily AI-generated, or repeated content
· Posts created solely to manipulate points (gaming behavior)
4. Reward Terms
4.1 Base Reward
· Each approved post earns 6,500 points.
4.2 Bonus Rewards
Della may grant additional bonus points for:
· High-quality writing or storytelling
· Installation walkthroughs
· Before/after photos
· Video content
· Actual energy-saving data
· Community-impactful or highly engaging posts
Bonus rewards are discretionary and not guaranteed.
4.3 Limits
· Each post is eligible for rewards only once.
· Della may limit the number of Submissions per user.
· Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
4.4 Verification Timeline
· Standard processing: 3–5 business days.
· Additional information may be requested.
· All approval decisions are final and at Della's sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property License
By submitting Content, you grant Della a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to:
· Use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute the Content
· Create derivative works
· Use your Content in marketing, product pages, social media, and advertisements
Personal identifiers (username, avatar, etc.) may be anonymized unless you grant explicit permission.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Della collects and processes personal information provided through your Submission, including your name, email address, post links, screenshots, and comments.
Your information is used for:
· Verifying authenticity
· Reward issuance
· Fraud prevention
· Communication regarding your Submission

By participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Fraud Prevention
Your participation may be rejected or terminated if you:
· Use fake accounts
· Submit copied, altered, or falsified content
· Manipulate screenshots
· Use bots or automated tools
· Misrepresent your ownership or experience
· Attempt to exploit or abuse the Program
Della may revoke previously awarded points if fraud is detected.
8. Program Modifications
Della may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including reward amounts, requirements, and these Terms.
Updates become effective once posted on Della’s website.
9. Disclaimers
The Program is offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Della does not guarantee approval, reward availability, or uninterrupted Program operation.
Della is not responsible for third-party platform issues, deleted posts, accessibility errors, or external outages.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
· Della is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
· Della’s maximum aggregate liability related to this Program is USD $50.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not class action.
12. Termination
Della may suspend or terminate your participation if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the Program’s integrity.
Points may be forfeited upon termination.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the form, you agree:
· You have read and accept these Terms
· Your Content is accurate, genuine, and original
· Della may process your data according to the Privacy Policy
