Which WiFi Channel Frequency Bands Does WiFi Support?

DELLA supports the 2.4 GHz WiFi channel frequency band only.

How Do I Choose the Right Size for a Mini Split?

The size of the mini split depends on the room's dimensions and specific needs. For example: • A 400-square-foot room typically requires a 9000 BTU mini split. • A 550-square-foot room needs 12000 BTUs. • A 1000-square-foot room needs 18000 BTUs. • A 1500-square-foot room needs 24000 BTUs.

How Do I Install a Mini Split?

We recommend professional HVAC installation for best results, but Della also offers a Rental Kit with the tools needed for vacuuming and installing your mini split.

What's Della Lifetime Coverage Mini Split?

Register within 100 days for lifetime parts coverage. HVAC-licensed installs receive enhanced lifetime parts, while non-licensed installs receive limited lifetime parts. Note: Coverage is for parts only; labor costs are not included.

How Do I Clean and Maintain My Mini Split System?

Seasonally clean the reusable filters, inspect the condenser and evaporator units, and keep the area around the outdoor unit clear.
