I researched online and chose the Della Serena series 24000btu. The price, warranty, and reviews appealed to me. Shipping was faster than expected. The unit arrived at 8 am and I finished the install in 10 hours. Everything went smoothly, and the unit is very quiet running. I'm just using the remote to control it.

I am truly impressed with these Della split units. This was the perfect choice for the space being used. I ordered everything needed to make for a great installation. Wall bracket, line sets, line set covers. The inside units are nice-looking units, and their sizing is common to all others out there.

These were easy to install and cool very well. The best part is that because you stay under 50’ of coolant lines, you don’t have to higher a HVAC company to charge the lines. That’s it: plug and play; anyone with DIY skills can do it.

Because of Montana, I needed the heater option. Most systems offered heat down to 5°, but I need heat for winter too, so the ultra hyper heat system works to -22° and should cover most of the winter. The install was easy, with all parts needed included. I was impressed.

This is our second Della. This one was installed in our home. It was an easy process from start to finish. I worked with Brenda during the ordering. She was very patient and understood what I wanted. I took my time with everything. As far as the installation, the YouTube videos made it pretty easy.
