Bought this unit, and absolutely love it!! WELL WORTH IT!! I had a prior portable AC that was noisy and this thing is so much quieter. I will say it’s the quietest in night mode and that’s what I use when I’m working from home during the day. Even in night mode it still keeps the room comfortable - I stay covered up all day. When not in night mode you can tell difference but it’s no where near as loud as my other. Cools nicely, quiet, sleek looking and an all around great product! Couldn’t recommend more! Go ahead and buy it!
I’m obsessed with the Della air-conditioning. I bought two of them one for my eight-year-old mother’s bedroom and one for the guest room where I’m staying temporarily it’s been a lifesaver and it’s so cute and modern and so easy to set up. I couldn’t recommend it more.

I’m obsessed with this AC unit. It is the best AC unit I’ve owned it’s modern. The automatic setting is great. The colors are like a nice nightlight at night and it was so easy to set up. I highly recommend I bought two of them and I might buy a third.

This was my first time installing a ductless mini split, and I have to say—I was seriously impressed with how easy it was! I used the installation kit from Della, and the entire install only took me about 2 hours. I went with the 12,000 BTU 110V model, and it has been awesome. It keeps the room nice and cool even on hot days, but what really surprised us was the heat function. My wife absolutely loves it! If you’ve been shopping around, comparing brands, reading reviews, and trying to decide which mini split to buy, stop overthinking it. You could already have this thing installed and be enjoying it! Hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. Highly recommend!

The process was very easy and stress-free. After getting several quotes from HVAC companies wanting $10-$12,000 and 4 to 5000 of that was the new unit that had less features and was probably less quality than the unit I bought from Della. The unit was installed by an HVAC professional. He kept asking what was the brand again? I am so impressed. The lawn set is nicer than I’ve ever used. Not to mention the Lineset cover is probably the best I’ve ever seen. The system was fairly easy to install and get running without any issue. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was getting the Wi-Fi set up so it would work with the app. It took several tries, but finally it did work and everything has been working perfectly ever since me and my wife have already decided that for our downstairs unit we’re gonna buy another Della that’s how much we love it! The only disappointing thing is most HVAC companies will not install a unit that they don’t sell themselves because they want to mark the unit up and make you pay that 3 to 4 times what it’s actually worth price so just know that that it’s gonna be hard to find a HVAC person if you want it professionally installed to install it for you so you don’t have to do it yourself and rent the rental package and do all that work yourself, to be honest, the lawn set is the hardest part, which is why I wanted a professional to install it. Everything I bought, and so far from Della’s been high-quality plus their customer service is really good as well.

Works great. Arrived sooner than I thought it would, once it arrived I read the directions and it took me about 3 to 4 hours to install and start cooling my shop. 18’x28’. I would definitely recommend.

I was specifically looking for a 5000 BTU air conditioner that has smart functionality built in. I have a smaller spare bedroom that I keep one of my pets in crated during the day when we're at work and there've been a few times where I was concerned that I didn't turn the air conditioner on or just worried how warm the room might be. Due to the heat waves this summer. This 5000 BTU really fit the bill. The price was great. Product works great. I love the smart app, I really couldn't ask for more.
The install was straight forward. This was my first mini split install. The directions were good and made it difficult to install wrong. The rental kit was a big help with tube inserts to prevent kinking the line set. I will change out the condensate drains for pvc.
These units are very easy to install, very affordable, efficient, and look great.

I researched online and chose the Della Serena M series 24000btu. The price, warranty, and reviews appealed to me. Shipping was faster than expected. The unit arrived at 8am and I finished the install in 10 hours. I vacuumed the lines and evaporator while finishing up the last 2 hours of the install. I do wish the refrigerant lines had o-ring type fittings instead of flare, but I guess some people need to cut them shorter. Everything went smoothly and the unit is very quiet running. I'm just using the remote to control it. My wife is very happy with the quiet cool here in Arizona high country.

Very impressed with the flair's on the linset. Other companies I have delt with had to cut and flair. The equipment seem to be built very well. I like that yall include a template for the head where other's don't. I really like the features on the app that tells you outdoor and indoor temperature. The few things listed makes my job faster and easier.

DELLA Wall Mounting Bracket for 6000-36000 BTU Single Zone Mini Split
Installed my 27k BTU 2 zone unit about a month ago and so far I'm very happy with it. Install instructions were decent, one thing to pay attention to is the width of the included escutcheon for the line set. They include one for inside and one outside. I found it to be too wide and stuck out past the inside wall unit, had to remove the unit off the wall and trim it down. Lay the escutcheon on the cardboard template before you install it and see how much needs trimming. Hooking up the lines was relatively easy, just follow the instructions on torquing the lines to spec, draw a vacuum and follow their procedure for checking for leaks. I have my own vacuum pump and gauges but if you don't they offer a rental service for those. The line set covers I used were found on Amazon, makes the install look nice and neat. I was surprised with just how quiet these units are, on the lower fan speeds you can barely hear them. Same goes for the outside condensor, it's just about as quiet as the inside ones! I'd definitely buy this again and am thinking about getting another to cover the other half of the house

I installed the unit in a standard 12x12x12x12x12 pentagon with two floors, 11’ ceilings! The floor, walls and roof are treated with spray foam for an ideal space to cool. I have the unit set to “dry out mode. In 5 1/2 days the unit has removed 11 mop buckets of moisture. The bottom floor (foamed) suffered several heavy rain showers…. I drilled holes in the subfloor to allow the unit to extract that trapped moisture. Overall, I am quite pleased with my Della unit! I would give it a 5, but feel like that would be a chump move. After Ohming out factory wiring, I emailed the seller they sent me a whole new outdoor compressor. I ordered the wiring harness from Della replaced it. The outdoor unit works fantastic now.
Excellent mini split! Installation was easy and straightforward. Both units are doing a great job keeping my home cool this summer. Very pleased.

This was the third Della that I’ve installed at our house. The first one looked like I installed it the second looked much better but this one looks even better. I sent videos to marketing @della for you to see. With this one I’ve noticed certain design changes that make it easier to assemble.
This is a very well made air conditioner. Seems solidly built and the remote is impressive. The main reason I bought this was for efficiency and quiet operation - and it blew me away. Quietest portable AC i’ve ever used.

This della 18k mini split is amazing and it actually started cooling my garage with the door open on a 100* day. It dropped from 94 to 79 in 1 hour and still dropping.
