DELLA 18,000 BTU 20.5 SEER2 Ceiling Cassette Ductless Mini Split AC - Up to 1000 Sq.Ft.

Installation was fairly easy (just had to be careful with power and condensate drainage requirements, plus proper refrigerant line connections, torquing, and line vacuuming). Unfortunately, when I started it up, I got a fan error on the Cassette. I called Della Support, and they immediately sent me both a replacement control board and a fan motor. I tried the board first with no luck, but the fan motor fixed it! Della Support was very responsive and helpful! Anyway, now I have a nice, cool garage! Does a really good job here in South Florida. Quiet operation both inside and outside.
