DELLA’S NO WORRY LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY 

DELLA distributor (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows: All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase. If a part fails due to defect during the applicable warranty period, Company will provide a new or remanufactured part, at Company's option, to replace the failed defective part at no charge for the part. This limited warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed below. 

 

STANDARD WARRANTY 

All our products include a standard warranty with no registration required. 

The standard warranty period for Window ACs and Portable ACs is one (1) year. 

The standard warranty period for Mini Split ACs includes a 3-year parts and 5-year compressor limited warranty. 

 

EXTENDED WARRANTY    

All our products have an optional free extended warranty.

The extended warranty for Window ACs and Portable ACs is an additional 6-month period.        

The extended warranty period for the complete new Della Mini Split system (outdoor and indoor unit) is a lifetime for all parts.  

In order to qualify for the free extended warranty, the unit must be:  

  1. Registered within 100 days of purchase.  
  2. Must be with the original owner.  
  3. In the same address of residence that you entered with your registration. 

    WARRANTY PARTS REPLACEMENT 

    Some parts may need to be returned to Della. The limited lifetime warranty covers only parts that need to be replaced. For more information, please contact Della.  

     

    NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY: 

    If you pay for a technician to examine, disassemble, reassemble, uninstall, or reinstall your unit, any costs associated with those procedures are not covered by warranty. 

    Costs for any labor and additional parts required for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, or handling defective, replacement, or new parts and routine maintenance. 

    Any costs associated with usage of the unit, including but not limited to electricity and fuel. This also applies to replacing, refilling, or disposing of any refrigerant. 

    Damage caused by improper installation, abnormal usage, usage that is not intended for the unit, incorrect servicing, or any type of alterations. 

    Third-party parts not supplied or approved by Della. 

    Failures due to issues arising from voltage sources such improper voltage installation, open circuit breakers, blown fuses, or electrical service outages. 

    Damage from the elements or natural disasters such as rain, flooding, fire, lightning, corrosive chemicals, or other similar sources. 

    Incidental or consequential damages, depending on your state or province.
