OFFICIAL RULES
No Purchase or Payment of Any Kind Is Necessary to Enter or Win the Della x LA Galaxy Giveaway Enter to Win Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Align Inc., the parent company of Della (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begin at 10:00 a.m. PT on February 25, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to win, entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period and must meet these eligibility requirements. Only one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry. Any attempt to submit more than one (1) entry per person or email address may result in disqualification.
All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and reside within the greater Los Angeles area within 75 miles of Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor Entities — including Align Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their respective officers, employees, directors, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies — and their immediate family members are not eligible.
If the winner is unable to attend the designated game or event, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
Enter online during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the official entry form with your full name, email address, ZIP code, and any other required information, and submitting the form as directed.
No purchase, payment, or subscription is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may choose to opt-in to receive promotional emails and updates from Della. Email subscription is optional and not required for entry.
Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on each designated final date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical or human errors of any kind.
3. Giveaway Timeline & Prizes
The giveaway will take place in multiple rounds, with prizes awarded on specific dates. On March 14, one winner will receive a Della Tower Fan along with a co-branded product package, and four additional winners will each receive a co-branded product package. On April 14, one winner will be awarded two tickets to the specified match and two co-branded product packages, while three additional winners will each receive a co-branded product package. On May 11, three winners will each receive a co-branded product package. Finally, on May 28, one winner will be awarded two tickets to the match along with two co-branded product packages, and two additional winners will each receive a Della Tower Fan.
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
4. Winner Selection
On or about each designated date, the specified number of winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant.
5. Winner Notification
All potential winners will be notified by email and through their social media accounts. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to contact the winner within one (1) week of drawing. If the winner does not respond within one (1) week of the final attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to contact a winner.

7. Limitation of Liability; Release
By entering, participants agree to receive communications from Align Inc. and allow the use of their name or content for promotional purposes. Align Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, or LA Galaxy.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor Entities from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical failures.
Prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Cancellation / Modification
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during entry will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: www.della.com/privacy-policy.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The winner may be issued a Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.
11. Prize Claim
Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release. Failure to return required documents within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor may arrange prize delivery or require in-person pickup at its discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Ticket Terms
Game tickets are valid only for the specified match date and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
