I love this so ixxy works with the all Della products.
I like your product easy to working with all parts And all products thank you that’s my first time install. I think I proud myself. I did a good job I think so.
I made the most common of mistakes and kinked my first line set. The second line set was delivered quickly and after inserting the line bending inserts that come with the DELLA install kit everything was perfect. Using a 10' line set allowed my install to be free of any excess line needing to be curly up and stored behind the unit. As always, everything from Della is top notch installs easy and hopefully will last a long time.
This is our second Della. This one was installed in our home. It was an easy process from start to finish. I worked with Brenda during the ordering. She was very patient and understood what I wanted. My biggest worry was drilling through my 10” wall. As it was a log home. After a trip to our local plumbing store I came home with a 2 1/2 bit and a 10 inch extension. I took my time with everything. As far as the installation the you tube videos made it pretty easy.

I built an addition to my house and wanted to leave the mini split in the same spot. I had to run my lines under my floor to reach the unit. The extension worked well.
Line set came well packaged. Made install easy.
Installation was easy and they provided clear instructions. The 24/7 support chat was extremely helpful. I did have an issue with the tool rental set but Della was responsive and helped get me where I needed to be quickly! Follow the install instructions and this DIY is an easy process.

The Line sets were shipped fast. I did how ever find after receiving them that they were not needed and they did have a 30 return policy when I called to return them I was told that I would have to pay return postage. I live in the most remote place in the lower 48 states and the return postage was a huge deal for me. The person on the line said there was nothing she could do about it but that they would buy them back if I was unhappy I would only get 1/2 of what i paid or they would give me 65.00 and I could sell them.
