I have a shop that is insulated and has 13' ceilings. I was not expecting this unit to manage the entire space, but just to knock down the temperature a little bit. I was wrong. We've had some 105 F days in the last week. It will hold the temp at 70 or 72 F all day and generally does not run at full capacity. In other words, it will cycle down the compressor depending on the load. I self-installed the indoor and outdoor units and had an HVAC tech cut and vacuum the lines, charge it, and do the final testing. All in, this saved me $12,000 from several quotes I had received. There is a parts lifetime warranty, but you need to read it to make sure you qualify. I uploaded all of the documentation and photos to register the unit. It has only been 3 weeks, but so far so good. If I have issues, I'll update.
