I purchased three Della towers for family members. When receiving the towers one was damaged? Customer Service was quick and efficient and replaced the damage one within the week. Great customer service. I cannot complain. My family members set up their Della Towers on Christmas Day and loved it.
The fan tower very quite blow air very strong. The built quality look high end. It has 12 mode speed, more than most other brand. And it's wifi built in. Recommended

Absolutely amazing it feels like almost like you have an air conditioner. I also have a Della air conditioner as well, but to consume energy I used the fan a lot, and this fan definitely is a good substitute.
This tower fan has plenty of blowing power with 12 speed settings. You can control it with the remote and even use the app if the remote is not near by. Would buy again.

Fan arrived promptly from Della. Assembly was easy with good instructions (so simple instructions weren't really necessary). First, succesfully tested the fan with the included remote. App installation was easy, as was connection to Alexa. Works perfectly and almost silently at low to medium speeds, and quiet even at higher speeds. Moves a lot of air at highest speed, hold on to your hat. We are very happy with this purchase.
Bought two of these fans earlier for my wife and my daughter to use and they both loved them. Then when we were visiting my mother, she mentioned that her old stand fan that she was using was stuck on high speed and sometimes it made her too cold. Well, I thought, I have a solution to that! I ordered her one of these delightful tower fans also. She has thanked me several times as it works great for her in her home. It was the perfect solution once I found out about the problem. I really LOVE Della’s 42" Ultra Quiet Smart Tower Fan. This fan is incredibly quiet, has a wide variety of speeds & settings, cools my very hot room so easily, hardly takes up any space in my very small bedroom AND I greatly appreciate Della’s superb Customer Service. Della has real human beings like Nicole, who answer the Della phone quickly and are very kind, patient & helpful. I never thought I would find an outstanding fan like Della’s 42” Ultra Quiet Smart Tower Fan.
All i have hooked up so far is the Fan but i can tell you this. Della packs their items very well and i am getting excited to see how there mini split system works. So far been a great company to work with.

Best fan ever except the swivel mode makes noise. I have 2 and they both do it. On a low setting fan is silent but with swivel on it breaks the silence. Over and over. I just don’t use it anymore. Other than that it’s the perfect fan.

These floor fans are sooooooo quiet and so nice. They don't take up a bunch of room and are much more quiet than any other fan I have used. That is great, and also not so great, as the sound of the fan is what helped me sleep with my old fan, but I wouldn't go back to the old fan instead of this one. Since they are so quiet you don't realize how much air is actually blowing at first and you have a lot of choices to get it to be a personalized experience that fits what you need best. I am very impressed with them.
