DELLA Motto Series 9100 BTU 20.5 SEER2 Mini Split Heat Pump AC - Up to 400 Sq.Ft.

This is my fifth Della mini split. We installed it in an off grid cabin. It runs off 8 - 450w solar panels, 3000w EG4 inverter, and 10kw of server rack batteries. When in ac mode it was pulling around 300w and in heat mode it was pulling around 1200w. They are simple to install if you have all the right tools. Vacuum pump, gauges, and a open ended torque wrench are a must!

DELLA Motto Series 9100 BTU 20.5 SEER2 Mini Split Heat Pump AC - Up to 400 Sq.Ft.

This unit works excellent. It cools the room quickly and is nice and quiet. They ship via fed-ex, who slammed the package on my porch and dented it. I bought this to replace a broken mini split. I read the reviews and they are mixed. Some say this is DIY, some say not. I say it is not. We were able to install the inside unit easy enough. When it come to vacuuming the line and making sure it holds a charge we left that to a professional. Also, we found that 9/10 hvac companies in my area will not install a unit that isn't purchased through them. So that's something to keep in mind. At the end of the day the price of.the unit and cost for a professional install was well worth it and still thousands less than I was quoted by other companies.

I have a 200sq ft home office with servers and network equipment running 24x7 with me in the room and all the computers and monitors running it will easily climb to over 90F inside an hour causing the central air in the home to work overtime to cool one room in northern Nevada.This Della unit solved all of that, it now maintains 70F even with me sitting in here and it's wonderful. I had the unit installed professionally (highly recommend) and it took some sweet talking to get an HVAC guy to do it on the side. Most companies in this area don't want to install someone else's equipment, they want to sell marked up units.The Della+ app is adequate but doesn't have near as many features as the remote itself. Which is fine I guess, if you go out of town you can turn this thing on before you get home and it will have whatever room you have it installed in cooled down.Very happy so far, I hope I never have to use the warranty.

Install was pretty straightforward, this is the second minisplit in the second house we've installed. The units (inside and out) are whisper quiet. Great price. Easy install. Customer service was top notch via email. Small issue in shipping, they took care of it. Outside unit was so quite I didn't think it turned on at first. Inside unit is even quieter. My central ac vents are louder. I'm surprised on the warranty length. Longevity is my only wonder but the warranty is incredible. Time will tell. I don't right reviews but I had to for this baby. Game changer and cheap.

The item is good and worth it, there are plenty of other reviews about that. I want to focus this review on the customer service I received from Align, inc. which is the company that filled my order. I had a minor issue, and they were so prompt and helpful with their response that I was amazed. At a time when it's difficult to know what to expect from a company as far as support goes, the professionalism from Align, inc. was top notch. I would not hesitate to buy any product from them, especially one like the mini split ductless a/c system which mostly is going to be purchased and installed by a novice. Align, inc. will be there for you. Go ahead, buy it and do it yourself, go with confidence, knowing that Align, inc. has your back.

The Della systems I bought worked flawlessly right out of the box, after an easy install. The only thing that gave me a bit of pause was that the tubing for the refrigerant lines seems to be paper-thin. I know the pressures in the system are not that high but there is a higher risk of kinking a line and ruining your day. That said, I had zero leaks and every flare sealed just fine.
