Installed my 27k BTU 2 zone unit about a month ago and so far I'm very happy with it. Install instructions were decent, one thing to pay attention to is the width of the included escutcheon for the line set. They include one for inside and one outside. I found it to be too wide and stuck out past the inside wall unit, had to remove the unit off the wall and trim it down. Lay the escutcheon on the cardboard template before you install it and see how much needs trimming. Hooking up the lines was relatively easy, just follow the instructions on torquing the lines to spec, draw a vacuum and follow their procedure for checking for leaks. I have my own vacuum pump and gauges but if you don't they offer a rental service for those. The line set covers I used were found on Amazon, makes the install look nice and neat. I was surprised with just how quiet these units are, on the lower fan speeds you can barely hear them. Same goes for the outside condensor, it's just about as quiet as the inside ones! I'd definitely buy this again and am thinking about getting another to cover the other half of the house
