My brother who is an experienced electrician and handyman installed the unit. He's done one other installation the past (different make). The unit is absolutely wonderful! He was impressed with the quality as well. Was purchased for my sister's bedroom b/c the house HVAC unit only had an extremely small duct going into her room and was really useless. Very happy with my new Della, I highly recommend!
The condenser wall mount has been amazing at reducing vibrations and keeping the mini split at near silence during operation. The included instructions and materials were beautifully laid out and simple to use/follow. Highly recommend this company they truly are changing the game.
Before and After pictures of a mini split installation. Someone installed these on the ground where grass can grow around them and animals can squeeze by causing possible flare leaks. With the Della bracket we were able to lift them high enough to where these things are unlikely to happen.
Installing this was a breeze! Just find the studs or just one as the spacing is set to auto align with the next one. If you miss the stud the hole is hidden by the bracket. (Or that’s what i heard anyway😆) The support brackets adjust side to side to tweak the condenser placement. Its very sturdy!

Easy installation, I used 3/4" spacers behind the mounting bolts as I have board and baton siding.
Good strong unit, easy to mount on nearby studs. Missing bolts and washers to mount the condensor to the bracket to had to spend $5 to buy replacements to finish.

The wall mounting bracket was even easier than I thought and when I saw that we could unscrew the supports on the back and level the unit so easily I cheered. Similar to leveling a fridge but on the wall. Now that we have the unit I find myself noticing so many others, and how so many are not level. It looks like it belonged there all along because it so clean in appearance and it is level.

I ordered a Optima 18k system. The 1st condenser came in damaged. I sent photos and they got another 1 on the way. The 2nd unit came in perfect. It works great and simple easy customer service.

It hasn't been installed yet. Still in the box.
The instructions give the wrong size for drilling holes for sleeve anchors. It should be 3/8” (10mm). The booklet states 1/2” which is too large. I bought larger anchors to fill the holes so ended up being no big deal.

Haven’t put up the bracket, yet. I appreciate the simplicity of the design and the heavy duty “feel” of the item. We are getting towards the end of the remodel from RidiculousVille. Excited to mount the bracket to install our Della Serena AC Mini Split. I’ll be back:)

The AC unit all went well. However, the rented vacuum pump kit was not useful. There were no instructions included, and did not get a UPS return label. I had to attempt contact with Customer Service several times to get a label for the return. And, The instructions in the Della Split System Manual were measured in Mpa or cmHg, neither of which were available on the vacuum meter. So, I had to call in an HVAC tech to pull the vacuum and release the gas.
