This is a TRUE dual hose AC -- it doesn't suck in hot outside air to the room, and that makes it SO much more effective. It also has a very quiet, very efficient inverter system, instead of cycling a noisy 1-speed compressor on and off. Only downside to this system is the hoses: they are shorter than most, non-standard diameter, and reverse-threaded -- so finding replacements when the time comes may be problematic.
