Can I get longer extensions for this installation kit?

Yes, you can purchase a longer lineset separately. If you buy it together with the Single Zone Mini split system, you’ll receive a 10% bundle discount. Please note, if the extended lineset is longer than 25 feet, additional refrigerant will be required. Make sure to consult a professional HVAC technician for proper installation.

When the unit is in auto mode, what will the room's temperature be maintained at?

In auto mode, the unit automatically switches between cooling and heating to maintain the set temperature. You can adjust the target temperature manually—typically between 60°F and 86°F —depending on your comfort.

Do the condenser lines come pre-vacuumed or do they have to be vacuumed?

The mini split condenser and lines are not pre-vacuumed. You will need to vacuum the system during installation to remove air and moisture before releasing the refrigerant—this is essential for proper operation and longevity. DELLA Econo Series 11500 BTU 17 SEER2 Mini Split Heat Pump AC - Up to 400 Sq.Ft.

We got this for our backhouse, and it works brilliantly. It keeps it cool when it's hot and keeps it warm when it's cold. It's very quiet, which is nice, especially since we use it as our office. We've had it for almost 7 months, and it's holding up great with zero issues! The remote seems a bit confusing at first. There are so many buttons and settings, so you definitely need to read the manual. But once you read through it, it's super easy to use. It blows well but is subtle and doesn't feel like you're sitting in a room with a fan..which is a plus! It's just like sitting inside with an HVAC.
