The Vario Series 18,000 BTU Two Zone Mini Split AC is designed to efficiently heat or cool spaces up to 1,100 sq. ft. Equipped with two 12,000 BTU indoor units, it’s perfect for larger areas or multi-room applications.This system features a high-performance heat pump and advanced inverter plus technology, ensuring reliable comfort even in extreme temperatures as low as -4℉/-20℃. Each indoor unit includes its own remote control for individualized room settings, and the system is app-compatible for convenient remote operation.

Please Note:
This multi-zone mini split system uses R410A refrigerant and is pre-charged for a length of 25 feet of each lineset. If your installation exceeds this total length, additional refrigerant is required. Please consult a licensed HVAC technician to properly add refrigerant during installation.

This configuration is designed for spaces where not all indoor units are expected to operate at full power at the same time. If the total indoor capacity is higher than the outdoor unit’s output, the system can still function properly, but cooling or heating performance may be slower when all zones are operating beyond capacity.For consistently high demand across all zones, a larger or multi-system setup is recommended

If you're not satisfied with your mini split within 30 days of purchase from dellahome.com, you can return the product for a full refund.Products must be returned in their original operating condition, including all accessories and packaging.

If a product defect is confirmed, DELLA will, at its discretion, provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge. DELLA will also cover all shipping expenses for the delivery of replacement parts.
