I built a 12 x 24 ‘she shed’ and added the Della mini split. This was the best decision I made.

Was nervous about doing this myself but it was fairly easy. I watched a few videos ahead of time. Overall I took about 4 hours as I was in no hurry. A friend of mine did the vacum part of it for me...I didn't want to screw it up lol. But I watched and am confident to install the next one. I am still learning ingredients the functions on the remote. I am ordering a smaller unit next week or so for the bedroom at this one is 18000btu...I love it so far...

The only thing I dislike about it is the line set length it should come with 25 feet like all the rest available on Amazon or put it in bold letters that it comes with 9 feet. Other then that it blows ice cold
First and foremost... This product is designed to be installed by a professional. Lots of key information is not in the manual most likely because this is probably first hand knowledge for an experienced hvac person.Information missing from previous reviews.1) the larger line on the indoor unit is pressurized. Be careful removing the cap.2) the outdoor unit MUST have the lines seated properly.3) on the outdoor unit you must remove the copper caps(the ones pointed away from the unit) and open the valves ONLY AFTER you have properly seated the copper lines. You will hear a slight hissing as the coolant fills the lines. If the hissing last longer than a few seconds or you see liquid escaping you need to close the valve immediately and either seat your line better or find the leak.4) batteries supplied were dead. The remote will still light up, but won't power the unit on in that case.I think that covers all the info missing that we managed to figure out.Unit is incredibly quite inside and out, powerful fan, super sleek, android setup was a breeze. Very happy with this unit.
I Converted my garage into a work space /entertaining area. There is no duct work for air or heat . it very cold right now , feels really goodvery quiet and easy to install you may need an hvac and an electrician to complete install Looks nice !
Love this unit! I would give it 10 stars if possible. I am a retired HVAC guy and purchased three of these for my log cabin vacation home in the mountains. The decor is dark wood with black trimming so this black indoor unit looks great on the wall. It appears to be very well built and loaded with features like "WIFI enabled right out of the box!

Very easy install with one exception, the 1/2 inch suction line was very difficult to bend without kinking the line. Had to remove the insulation and use a tubing bender to route the line in the correct direction of my application. Then reapply the insulation. As of now, one week running, the system is operating as it should.
The install was as simple as it could be.

This is my second Della, planning to buy a third.
We have a small wine room and this fit perfectly. Although it doesn't get to 55 degrees (perfect wine temp) it does get the room to 60. And it was 1/5 the price. The unit is very quiet compared to dedicated wine units.

Della support is very responsive, helped me with 100 questions. also do not use torque specs AND NYLOG. Only use one or the other. So far great product.
After I finished insulating my garage and hung this unit in it. The installation was pretty simple if you have ALL the tools you need to work and check for HVAC leaks. I would invest in a flare tool set in case you have to re-flare any of the fittings but once this bad boy is running, it keeps my garage in the mid-70s even when it's 100 degrees outside. The unit appears to operate more smoothly when you control it through the app vs the provided remote. It has a built-in dehumidifier already as well. The quality of the unit is not the best, however, it functions almost as well as a new brand unit.

The unit is installed and works great. As it has been in the 90's the past week the air conditioning has been marvelous. Install was straight forward, 2 hours from start to finish.
I bought this mini spilled because of the price to cool my 35-foot 5th wheel. Living in Arizona during the summer, I needed an a/c that wouldn't cost me a fortune to operate. Both my overhead units were costing me as much as $399 A month. The first month of using this mini spilled cost me $114. The customer ratings on this brand (Della) were mostly good, so I took the chance on it. I put the unit in myself with no problems. I did need to have our park maintenance man wire it into the meter box and vacuum the lines. I placed the unit on the rear wall of the trailer to blow back to front and it's doing a great job. Depending on the day (how hot it is) I run it at 78-80 degrees and pretty cold in the back of the trailer which keeps the front bedroom comfortable. I am very pleased with the purchase of this unit and brand.
Was worried at first due to it being a brand I'm not familiar with, but it works extremely well. Make sure you get an HVAC professional to flail out the ends for flush fittings. Also, get the 3-year warranty jic.
My screened porch has gas vinyl windows so it is not an ideal place to air condition, but along with the window ac I already had, it is the coolest room we have, including all inside the house during 103 heat index days. Highly recommend
My home is all cedar and the only source of heat was a small wood stove and a baseboard heater. I installed the Mini Split and it works great at heating my home without the smell of burning wood or high cost of electric heat.
Bought this for my 12'*20'shed now a miniature home. Moved in January 1st, 2024. Now Feb 24, a week from this day remote to ac stopped running ac. The night light worked, batteries are good. Just couldn't turn it on or off or Control the temperature with it. Order for $20 another got in today. All works but the night light on this one doesn't work but everything else does, as of day one today. Wish me luck on this one. Always have a spare remote on the Dela unit. Unit is doing great though so far after a month here in southwest GA
I've had it for a few months and so far It works great. It's quiet and keeps the area nice and cool in the summer, I'm yet to try the heater pump. Will update when I use it.
I just got the unit and am working on the install. I just want to write this to let everyone know that the unit I received did not come with a template for the inside unit, and the line set is VERY short, like 9 feet!. That won't be a problem for me because I am installing it in a RV but it might be an issue for some peoples circumstances. If any other issues come up after the install is done I will report back.
The first time it was delivered. Whoever delivered it, they did it very poorly to the point that it was damaged and could not be used. Customer service replied in a timely manner and helped resolve the issue.Now that it is properly installed. This is the best thingI've purchased all year. It has improved my quality of life since I hate the heat and our house does not have central air. We were using a portable AC but it was extremely loud and drained our energy. I have been using this and it cools down a good part of the space and it so quiet I can barely tell if it on or not. Very happy customer

I think they shipped an openned item to me. after I spent a couple days put it together, and at the end I could not turn it ON at all. Do not have Tech Support at all...After I called Della Customer Support. They were happy to send me a replacement Free of charge, The new replacement working perfect. Their Customer Support is great. I recommend Della ..... :) Great product
