Very good mini split unit. Arrived on time. Installation instructions are easy to follow especially with guide of youtube videos. Need to purchase an additional AC gauge kit, a SAE connector 5/16 to 1/4 and a vacuum pump. Installation went smoothly and the unit worked immediately after turning on. Super cool! What surprised me is how little electric it uses to cool down the bedroom! Super efficient. Highly recommended. May buy another one.

Great purchase — I went with the 230V version for better efficiency. Installation took about 2-3 hours. I ran the line set inside the walls (they’re 6 inches deep), which gave a much cleaner look compared to running everything on the exterior. I hired an HVAC technician for an hour to double-check my work and properly vacuum the lines. The unit works amazingly well — my garage is now comfortable all day long. I would 100% recommend this product.

Never heard the term mini-split. Was looking for a replacement for my “window unit”. Start to finish was about a week, but that included the wall repair. Installation of the unit was easy as pie. I sprung for a vacuum pump, which was on my short list anyway. Everything else, i had on hand. I got the line set cover, because I felt it would look better; and the wall bracket, because there’s a slight slope to my concrete driveway. I wanted everything nice and level, I’m kinda anal like that. YouTube videos were a great way to learn and connect the dots. Been in about a week, and I love it.

Just wish There would be a full warranty when self installed without installation kit. Seems a way for Della to make money. Already had vacuum pump, gauges, torque wrench and other tools needed.

So far all is great! I say so far because I would like to see the unit perform in the heat as well as the cold. The kit that came with unit was pretty good. You can tell you need a little experience to install one of these, or you will need to improve your installation manual. Overall a great experience.

Initially ordered a lower SEER unit and technical support called stating there was an issue with the unit that I ordered and they would be upgrading me free of charge to make up for the delay in shipping. Received the unit but it was not complete. Contacted them and they immediately rectified the issue and shipped out the correct unit. Did have to send back the unit they shipped in error, but they provided a pre-paid shipping label and were quite responsive in handling the issue. Still have not had a chance to install the units, and am waiting for the replacement to arrive, but overall so far technical support and after sales product support has been responsive and easy to talk to. I also have a unit from several years ago from Della and it has exceeded my expectations regarding reliability and effective functioning. Looking foward to installing these two new units and hope to see comparable results.

I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. I purchased this system last winter to help heat the family room that is always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This system performed better than expected. It was an easy DIY installation. This summer I believe it has cut my electric bill by 1/3rd. It keeps the whole downstair cool and comfortable. I would and will buy another one.

I bought 2 in March 2023 and now a year later they are still running great. I replaced a 5-ton central unit with mini splits. I installed them myself and I am not an HVAC person. I just YouTubed it. I installed 4 Daizuki's previously that I bought locally but this time I went with Amazon and Della and couldn't be happier. I have all 6 mini splits on wifi and using the Smart Life app on my phone. I use Alexa and the app to control them. I also use Alexa routines to automatically turn them on/off and change the temperature throughout the day. That way is cool in the room at night but then maybe warm it up before it's time to wake up since it's hard to get out of bed when it's cold. I have a combination of 9000 and 12000 units. 2 of the 12k are 220 and all of the rest are 110. I have already purchased 4 more Dellas for an AirBNB I am fixing up. I totally recommend Mini splits over central and window units.
