Installed myself. Had to buy an AC gauge and vacuum pump, then learn how to use them. Wasn't too hard. I mounted the outside unit on the second-story wall using a mounting kit. Had to frame a stud from the inside to carry the weight. Great value. Dehumidifier works great. Quiet operation. Haven't tried the heat function yet.

We installed it in a 1200 sq. ft steel warehouse with almost no insulation in the walls and none in the roof. It cools very well in coastal NC. Pretty easy to install. You will need to vacuum the lines before opening the freon valves. The outside unit is very heavy get help moving or lifting it.
