This della 18k mini split is amazing and it actually started cooling my garage with the door open on a 100* day. It dropped from 94 to 79 in 1 hour and still dropping.
This thing truly surprised me. It does its job and then some ! Really glad i went with the Della mini split. Definitely worth it !!!
Very impressed do it by yourself project.

Great mini split
Just installed this mini split for my son, installation was pretty straight forward and now it keeps his game room very cool!
Can’t share my experience with installation, my dad who’s a contractor installed it for me. However it does great in my upstairs man cave, it used be so hot and now it’s keeps it very cool and comfortable and is very quiet compared to my window unit, can hardly hear it even in turbo, will definitely get another one for my garage! The only downside is the remote is pretty busy, but I just use the app

So have 37 yrs in the elevator business, I do a lot of things on my own, this package was such an easy install, I might try to sell one to my neighbor for his sun room, I did have an HVAC guy shorten my lines to make it look pretty and put the vacuum on it, but your directions are spot on a very easy to do ,, Thanks Della should have did this a while ago!

Had a fellow tradesman install the unit, of course he made it look easy. He had it done in a few hours. Unit seems to heat and cool my shop nicely. In the last two weeks we’ve had cold and warm temps here in Maryland so it’s been used in both modes already!
Both units were packaged very well. One box did have a tear but nothing inside was damaged. Everything that you will need is included. The line set was long enough that i was able to cut and re-flair one end. Power cable is also long as well. AC and heat work well. I have s chance to use both heat and AC within a week.
Really great experience. Was shipped really fast. Arrived with no damage. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Installed with no problems. Everything is up and running as advertised. Will definitely use Della for any HVAC needs in the future.
It works so much better than my old unit!
It's a Good unit. Functions well and heats and cools wonderfully. However, It is new and they do not have all of the replacement parts available for sale as of this post. Also the Google home integration as of now can turn it on and off. That's it. Not even any temperature selection. Wish they would support it better.
I have only had it in about a week, but it is doing a great job of keeping us cool. I anticipate many years of cool comfort.

Easy installation and great working product!
Was fairly easy to install after watching a few YouTube videos. Works great. It is fairly silent. It warms our 1000 sq ft garage in a few minutes. I love it and would do it again. So nice having the controlled environment. I also like that I can control it from my phone.
We love it, got an AC guy to hook it up, and it's working great. Covers a 900 sq foot and cools nice.
Great Mini-Split AC – Perfect for a Hot Texas Concession Stand Bought this to help cool a 500 sq ft concession stand packed with 4 beverage fridges and 3 freezers — and with 100 degrees+ days here in Texas, that's no small task. Two months in, and I'm very happy with the performance. It keeps the space comfortable and handles the heat load well. Installation was straightforward. I rented a vacuum pump from the local auto parts store to pull a vacuum before charging, and everything else was simple to set up.
I can't say enough good things about this minisplit. This is not our first one. We have bought and installed several. This is so economical to operate. I highly recommend!!
I bought this unit to supplement my central AC, which was not getting the job done, and the brutal summer on the northern Gulf Coast. I am very happy with the unit! The installer, Don Leitch, and his partner were professional and found just the right spot for a small house. The unit provides instant heat! It beats central air.
Not for your average installer. If you can follow a yourtube video you should be able to figure it out if you are handy and have a few HVAC tools (unless you rent them from Della). The app leaves a bit to be desired. It’s functional enough but there are options you can only use on the remote and there is very little reason as to why. Overall it was a good experience.

Warning, before trying to have the feedline exit on the right. Be aware that the copper lines on the inside units are metric. Plus, the larger copper tubing is much shorter than the smaller tube. If you try and bend the lines and come out the right side, be sure to measure and see if there is enough exiting the hole to make the 90-degree bend down the outside wall. I did not, so now I must come out the left side and patch the hole in the wall.
