Everything went as planned. It took me all summer because I only worked when I had time and when it wasn’t too hot. I did it all. I only had trouble with the torque wrench. It’s possible it was my fault. I do have limited electrical experience. I have hvac observation experience but this was my first start to finish experience. The location where I put the units made it more difficult but I’m very pleased.

Can’t share my experience with installation, my dad who’s a contractor installed it for me. However it does great in my upstairs man cave, it used be so hot and now it’s keeps it very cool and comfortable and is very quiet compared to my window unit, can hardly hear it even in turbo, will definitely get another one for my garage! The only downside is the remote is pretty busy, but I just use the app

So have 37 yrs in the elevator business, I do a lot of things on my own, this package was such an easy install, I might try to sell one to my neighbor for his sun room, I did have an HVAC guy shorten my lines to make it look pretty and put the vacuum on it, but your directions are spot on a very easy to do ,, Thanks Della should have did this a while ago!

Both units were packaged very well. One box did have a tear but nothing inside was damaged. Everything that you will need is included. The line set was long enough that i was able to cut and re-flair one end. Power cable is also long as well. AC and heat work well. I have s chance to use both heat and AC within a week.

It's a Good unit. Functions well and heats and cools wonderfully. However, It is new and they do not have all of the replacement parts available for sale as of this post. Also the Google home integration as of now can turn it on and off. That's it. Not even any temperature selection. Wish they would support it better.

Best money I have ever spent. I wanted to air condition our garage and I found this mini split system. We installed the system ourselves, had an electrician come hook it up to power, and got it up and running in no time at all. We had an HVAC technician come out a little later just to look it over to make sure everything was working proper, but it was very easy to install. It performs like you would not believe! Keeps the garage nice and cool during the insanely hot Texas summer, so it has been a game changer. With how efficient it is, our power bill has not changed at all since installing it and I keep the garage at 70° all year round. The app also works great and is just so nice to use. Very quiet, very powerful, very efficient, super easy to install and maintain, and overall just a joy to have. If you are considering it, this is 100% worth the money.

Was fairly easy to install after watching a few YouTube videos. Works great. It is fairly silent. It warms our 1000 sq ft garage in a few minutes. I love it and would do it again. So nice having the controlled environment. I also like that I can control it from my phone.

Warning, before trying to have the feedline exit on the right. Be aware that the copper lines on the inside units are metric. Plus, the larger copper tubing is much shorter than the smaller tube. If you try and bend the lines and come out the right side, be sure to measure and see if there is enough exiting the hole to make the 90-degree bend down the outside wall. I did not, so now I must come out the left side and patch the hole in the wall.

Works great, over 100 degrees outside and a comfortable 73 inside. 18k unit for about 900 sq.ft. Discharge air temperature between 47 and 50 degrees. Installation was pretty easy about an hour for the inside unit and 6-8 very casually for the condenser with the electrical work, cutting down and vacuuming the line set. Only been running for a week or so, but very pleased so far.
